Garlic chive prawn dumplings

- Prawn
- Garlic chives
- Bamboo shoots
- Water chestnuts
- Tapioca starch
- Wheat starch
- Salt
- Sugar
- MSG
- Water

Method
- Mix 500g of each starch and 800ml boiling water until dough is formed
- Chop 500g prawn, bamboo, water chestnuts and a bunch of garlic chives roughly. Add salt, sugar and MSG to taste. Mix in a bowl.
- Roll dough into log shape and cut into 30g balls. Roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Place teaspoon of prawn mixture into dough and fold in half.
- Steam for 8 minutes until translucent.
