
Ingredients
- Egg tofu sliced - 300g
- Pork mince - 100g
- Chinese mushroom mince - 50g
- Sliced bird eye chilli - 1
- Sliced spring onion - 1 stalk
- Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
- Cornflour - 100g
- Water - 50ml
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Premium soy sauce - 1tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1tbsp
Method
- In a frying pan heat up 4tbsp of oil.
- Coat the tofu with cornflour on all side.
- Pan fry the tofu for 2 mins on each side then set aside.
- Marinade the mince pork with salt, pepper and light soy sauce.
- Pan fry the mince pork and mince mushroom for 4 mins then add the oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
- Add the water and stir for 1 mins.
- Add the tofu, sliced chilli and spring onion. Mixed for 30 sec
- Serve on either a hot plate or normal dish.
