
Ingredients
- Cooked rice 1 serve / 1 bowl
- Carrots 1 pc sliced
- Egg 1 pc
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- mix together in a small bowl: Fish sauce 1 tbspSoy sauce 1 tbspSesame oil 1 tsp
- spring onions (chopped)
- dash of pepper
- fried shallots
Method
- In a wok, heat olive oil for 5 secs, add carrots, fry on high heat 1 min
- Add in the egg, fry on high heat 10 secs (egg should be runny at this stage)
- Add in the cooked rice, fry on high heat 2 mins
- Turn down heat to medium
- Add in fish sauce, soy sauce & sesame oil mix
- Add spring oinions & dash of pepper. Fry a further 1 min
- Turn off heat & dish out on a plate
- Garnish with fried shallots & serve with ABC Extra Hot sambal chilli sauce
