
Ingredients
- Steamed Jasmine rice 300g
- 2 Eggs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sugar - 1 spoon
- Oil - 2-3 spoons
- Salt
- Red chilli pepper - 1 blended teaspoons
- 1 Red capsicum
- Chicken breast - 150 g
- VALCOM Bamboo shoot slices
- Green beans - 50g
- Thai dark soy sauce
- 2 small baby carrots
Method
- Grate garlic cloves and fry fast in hot oil
- Add chicken to fry with some blended hot chilie and salt and stir it for 3 minutes
- Add 2 eggs and stir it
- Add some sugar
- Add some cooked jasmine rice
- Pour soy sauce and stir to see the rice colour changes to bright brown
- Add chopped vegetables and bamboo shoots and stir it to mix every thing together
- Put the pan lid and leave it for 5 - 7 minutes with low heat
- Food is ready to serve. Enjoy!
