Fried rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 egg fried
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 side of capsicum chopped
- Half a carrot diced
- 3 rashes bacon diced
- Teaspoon garlic and ginger
- Soy sauce to taste

Method
- Boil rice until cooked
- Fry In pan bacon once crispy add onion, carrot capsicum until cooked. In second pan fry egg until cooked Once cooked add to rest of ingredients Fry for a further 2-3 mins and then drain and add rice.
