
Ingredients
- Fried pork chop
- Kewpie mayo
- Pickled carrots and daiko
- Lettuce
- Pork pate
- Fresh red chilli
Method
- Put olive oil in fry pan and cook pork chop 4 minutes each side adding Kewpie mayonnaise, pepper, red chilli in the last minute of cooking.
- Butter bread with one side butter and Kewpie mayonnaise and the other with pork pate, then layer roll with lettuce, pickled carrot and daiko, fresh red chilli, and coriander to individual taste.
- Thinly slice seasoned cooked pork chop and place in roll. Then grill whole Bahn Mi in oven or toaster for 2 minutes.
