- Bonito
- Sesame
- Garlic
- Oil
Method
- Fillets bonito into cutlets
- Roll bonito into the sesame seeds
- Prepare fry pan with oil
- Add smashed garlic (skin on) to the oil for aroma
- Fry the bonito for 5 seconds each side
- Let the bonito cool and serve with wasabi and soy sauce
