
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- Honey
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Carrot
- Radish
- Spring onions
- Red cabbage
- Snow peas
- Fresh tuna
- Kept wasabi dressing
- Rice
- Sushi and sashimi soy sauce
Method
- Mix the carrot, cabbage, sesame seeds, snow peas and raddish in a bowl
- Combine sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil and honey in a bowl and mix
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix
- Thinly slice the tuna and top with sesame seeds, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce, sushi and sashimi soy sauce, wasabi mayo and sprinkle of spring onions
- Cut the remainder of the tuna into small chunks and coat in sesame seeds
- Flash fry the tuna for 2 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!!
