Fresh and fast Salmon Avocado Sushi

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi Rice
- ¼ cup Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 Obento Yaki Nori sheets
- ½ cucumber in matchsticks
- 1 carrot peeled and cut in matchsticks
- 1 Avocado
- 120 g Smoked Salmon sliced
- 80 g Cream Cheese
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce

- OBENTO - OBENTO SAUCE - RICE WINE VINEGAR
- LEE KUM KEE - LKK PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE 500ML
- OBENTO - OBENTO YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions
- Place the seaweed shiny side down on a bamboo mat, then cover the sheet of seaweed with an even layer of prepared sushi rice.
- Layer salmon, cream cheese, avocado, carrots and cucumber (and any other ingredients that you may like) on the rice.
- Begin rolling the sushi and ensure it is rolled nice and tight
- Once all sushi is rolled up use a sharp knife to cut into small rounds.
- Your quick and easy sushi is now ready to be enjoyed. You can serve with Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce, wasabi and or ginger for an extra kick.
