
Ingredients
- prawns 200-300 Grams
- Shirataki Noodles (Can use normal noodles)
- 1 portion Chinese Broccoli / Greens (chopped stems and leaves seperate)
- Peanuts or Almonds to finish
- Spring Onions - sliced to garish
- cooking oil
Method
- Stir Fry Noodles so they're a bit dryer (with oil). Set aside
- Saute Prawns to colour and crisp up. Set aside
- Stir Fry Basil Paste til Fragrant. Add fish Sauce, Toss in Noodles, Prawns and Veg (Stems) to saute
- after a couple of minutes when stems have softened, toss in chinese broccoli leaves to wilt. Add soy sauce if needed.
- Plate up, garnish with nuts, spring onions (if you have fresh basil, you can also garish with)
- Dollop of spicy sambal and enjoy. Low carb, full of flavour!
