- Flathead
- Obento Panko Bread crumbs
- Rice Flour
- Eggs
- Rice bran oil
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon
Method
- Lightly coat flathead in Rice flour
- Place flathead in beaten egg
- Coat flathead in Obento Panco bread crumbs
- Preheat rice bran oil in frying pan
- Place flathead in pan until lightly brown on both sides.
- Serve with fresh garden salad with salt and pepper and lemon
