- Basa fish
- Kewpie mayonaise
- Garlic
- Peas
- Puff pastry
- Salt & pepper
Method
- (Gordon Ramsay would approve)
- Pan fry fish on lightly greased pan
- Season with salt pepper and kewpie
- Toss in peas and slowly reduce heat to be off
- While fish filling is cooling, cut puff pastry sheet into quarters
- Gently distribute filling onto pastry and ENSURE to add more kewpie
- Fold and seal pastry with water
- Make sure to brush filled pastry with kewpie for colour and all the taste difference
- Air fry for 11 minutes and 23 seconds
- Serve with extra mayo and enjoy the soft rich fish with tender peas wrapped in crispy savoury pastry
