Fish katsu curry

Ingredients
- Cod Fish, panko crumbs, egg
- Diced Potato, onion, carrots
- Veg oil, S&B Golden Curry mix

Method
- Coat the fish with egg and panko crumbs. Fry in pan with oil until golden
- Heat up oil, add onions, potatoes, carrots until brown. Add water until boiling. Add curry mix until blended and sauce is thickened
- Plate up with rice
