Method
- Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce
- Cook rice in a rice cooker and add fried shallots and mirin seasoning and fold through when done. Place cooked rice in centre of the bowl
- Arrange around the bowl Corn, Seaweed salad, Diced beetroot, Edamame, Diced cucumber, Pickled ginger, Korean style salad mix with kewpie Siracha mayo, Diced avocado
- Cook chicken
- Beat eggs and make omelette then roll and cut into strips
- Place cooked chicken in the centre on top of rice and spoon over some of the juices
- Garnish with egg and drizzle kewpie mayo
