
Ingredients
- Yaki nori for sushi sheets
- Sushi rice
- Water
- Rice wine Vinegar
- Avocado
- Tinned tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Cucumber
- Sugar
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions.(Add in 1tsp sugar and 1 tablespoon of vinegar) allow to cook
- In a bowl mix 1 can of tuna drained and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix
- On a sushi mat, place 1 x sheet of yaki for nori.Place roughly 1 cup of rice on the seaweed and spread out with your wet fingers. (Leave 1cm at one end to allow it to stick)
- At one end place thinly sliced cucumber, avocado and tuna.
- From one end roll the sushi roll up and use water to stick the end of the sushi roll together. Yum!!
