
Ingredients
- 500gm Chicken
- 4 potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- Teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Kecap Manis
- Clove garlic
- Salt pepper to taste
- 2 cubes S&B Golden Curry
- 1 cup rice
- 30gm butter
- 1 cup chicken stock
Method
- Finely chop all ingredients
- Stir fry onion and sugar till golden
- Add all other ingredients
- Stir fry 5 mins
- Add I cup Chicken stock
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Add Cubes golden curry allow to sit for 5 minutes
- 1 cup washed rice Butter Garlic Cook in rice cooker
