
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Breast
- 1 x Bunch Bok Choy
- 2 Eggs
- Salted Peanuts
- 1 x Fresh Lime
- 1 x Bag of Bean Sprouts
- 1 x pack of Pad Thai Rice Noodle
- Sesame Oil
Method
- Slice Chicken Breast into 1cm wide Strip's
- Heat pan and add sesame oil, then add chicken and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Add half the jar of Valcom Authentic Pad Thai stir fry paste to the cooked chicken
- Add hot water to the Pad Thai rice noodles and rest for 6 minutes
- Beat 2 x eggs and cook separately . Once cooked chop them up
- Drain noodles
- Add chopped Bok Choy and Bean sprouts to the cooked chicken and add the remainder of the Valcom Authentic Pad Thai Stir fry sauce.Turn the heat back on and cover for 2 minutes to steam the Bok Choy and Bean sprouts.
- Ready to plate up.Place noodles into bowl and add the Chicken/Bok Choy/Bean sprouts onto the noodles along with the cooked egg and then top with Salted Peanuts and Lime wedges.
