
Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice
- Salmon Sashimi
- Kingfish Sashimi
- Obento Nori Seaweed
- Wasabi paste
- J.Basket Furikake Katsuo Morin Fumi
Method
- Boil 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water, once it starts to boil, turn the heat off and cover until cooked and fluffy
- While your rice is cooking, slice up your Salmon Sashimi, Kingfish Sashimi and obento Nori into thin slices.
- Once rice is cooked, place into a deep bowl. Top with your sliced Salmon, Kingfish, Avocado and obento Nori, place a small amount of Wasabi paste onto your rice and sprinkle your Furikake over the top.
- Enjoy your Sashimi bowl as is or make your own mini bite sized sushi rolls with the Nori.
