Ingredients
- seaweed (10 pieces)
- rice (4 cups)
- vinegar
- carrots (2)
- pickled radish (1)
Method
- Wash 4 cups of rice and cook.
- once rice is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and mix.
- while waiting for the rice to be cooked, slice up the carrots and pickled radish.
- When all ingredients are prepared, take out the sushi roller and place a piece of seaweed on the flat surface (with the short side face you).
- scoop up some rice and smooth it out until it covers upto the third line mark on the seaweed.
- imagine there is a vertical line down the middle of the seaweed layout. place 2 slices of carrots and 2 slices of radish horizontally on either side of the imaginary line (in line with the short side of the seaweed facing you).
- place some water on the other end of the seaweed and roll up the sushi firmly.
- release the roller and remove the sushi from the sushi roller, then cut sushi in half. (2 servings are completed).
