- Pak choy
- Green beans
- Cauliflower
- Snow peas
- Carrot
- Red & yellow capsicum
- Baby corn
- Champignons
- Honey
- Soy
- Garlic
- Oyster & hoi sin sauces
- Hakubaku soba noodles
- Bean shoots
- Sesame oil
Method
- Wash & chop all veggies. Cook soba noodles for 4 mins and sit aside
- Mix soy, oyster sauce, hoi sin, sesame soil, honey and garlic to form sauce. Season to taste
- Heat wok, add sesame oil, cook harder vegies for a few mins with lid on wok. Sturdy regularly.
- Add softer veggies and sauce, cook few mins stirring regularly
- Stir through soba, cook fresh mins, serve & top with bean shoots
