
Ingredients
- 500g mince beef
- Half of a brown onion
- Packet of Lee Kum Kee Cantonese stir fry ready sauce (beef or chicken)
- Quater of a Red Cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 buk choy
- 1 and a half cups rice
- Optional - chilli fresh
Method
- Brown 500g of mince and drain excess fat
- Add onion, grated carrot, red cabbage, and Lee Kum Kee Cantonese stir fry ready sauce, combine and simmer. Add buk Choy towards the end. Optional suggestion - Add some chilli in the servings of those who enjoy some extra spice.
- Cook rice as required. Optional suggestions- add some diced carrots to sneak more veggies in the meal.
- Serve and enjoy this fast and fab family friendly meal.
