Ingredients
- Obento Nori Sheets
- Japanese Sushi Rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Avocado
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Cook Sushi rice, and leave to cool in the fridge spread out in a tray
- While rice is cooking/cooling, carefully slice the Avocodo into strips. Layout the Obento Nori Sheets on a bamboo sushi roller
- Mix the Obento Sushi seasoning with the rice, and spread a layer of rice onto the the Nori Sheet
- Place Avocodo in the centre of the rice and use Kewpie Sauce to desirable amount
- Wrap/Roll the sushi as tightly as possible, and cut into desired size!
- Devour!
