- Salmon Fillets
- Valcom Red Curry Paste
- Valcom Coconut Milk
- Valcom Bamboo Shoots
- Hakubaku Ramen
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Snap Peas
- Bok Choy
- Spring Onion
Method
- Finely chop garlic, spring onion and ginger then add to hot fry pan with butter
- Place salmon in fry pan with Valcom Red Curry Paste until sides are browned
- Turn down the heat and add coconut milk and bamboo shoots, simmer until salmon cooks through
- Add Hakubaku Organic Ramen to boiling water, cook for 4-5 minutes
- Lightly steam green veg then assemble them into a big pyramid on the plate (with salmon and ramen) to look like a health hero!
