
Ingredients
- Bok choy
- Pineapple
- Tofu
- Rice
- Dark Soy sauce
- Abc sweet soy sauce
- Sesame seeds and crunchy toppings
- Five chinese spices
Method
- Wash and slice bok choy, separating stems and leaves
- Slice pineapple
- Toss pineapple and bok choy stems in a pan with a dizzle of oil
- Once golden add cubes of tofu to pan
- Add rice (previously cooked with rice cooker)
- Add sauces and spices and mix
- Place in a dish, top with extra sweet soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and crunchies and serve!
