Method
- Steamed rice (short grain, warm or cooled) in a bowl, with: Salmon or tuna, any style, eg chunky flaked,Kimchi or pickled ginger (Gari),Seaweed sheets (roasted),Black sesame seeds or Furikake (rice sprinkles),…and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE on top!
- Easy, healthy, delicious and cheap to make. I eat this for lunch every day when I’m WFH.
