
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- Half a lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- Fresh chives (or spring onion)
- One teaspoon fresh (or frozen) ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Peanut oil
- 200g Danish feta cheese
Method
- Chop up the chicken breasts and place them in a dish. Cover them with the Obento Teriyaki Marinade.
- Chop up lettuce, cucumber, avocado, and feta. Divide salad ingredients into two bowls.
- Chop ginger and chives into small pieces.
- Heat 1/4 of a cup peanut oil in a wok or frying pan. Add ginger, stir. Add chicken and fry until cooked through.
- Add chicken to the two bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped chives. Enjoy! :)
