
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Tuna in spring water (optional)
- Obento Yaki Nori Sheets
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
- Chicken tenders (optional)
- Kewpie mayonaise
- Soy sauce
- Assorted veges (avocado, cucumber, carrot etc)
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions
- While rice is cooking, cook chicken, cut veges into strips and mix tuna with some Kewpie mayonnaise
- Remove rice from stove. While rice is cooling add sushi seasoning (3tbsp per 1cup of rice) let it cool to room temperature
- Take a nori sheet, add a layer of rice (leaving a 1cm strip of nori to close) add any filling combination you like. Roll sushi rolls and seal with some water.
- Cut into rounds and serve with pickled ginger and soya sauce
