Easy School lunch Sushi

Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions
Cut up your desired sushi ingredient. In this case we used some leftover lamb. Cut ingredient into long thin strips.
Take one Obento Yaki nori for sushi sheet and place shiny side down on your workspace.
Add a thin layer of sushi rice to three quarters of the nori sheet. Add one strip of your chosen sushi ingredient on top of the rice.
Roll the Obento Yaki nori sheet up and wet the last one quarter of the sheet in order to seal the sushi roll closed.
Enjoy a delicious and fabulous School lunch and be the envy of all your friends !
