- Whole Barramundi
- 30g Sliced Ginger
- 1/4 Red Capsicum Sliced
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Halved
- 1 Red Chilli Sliced
- Marinade - ABC Sweet Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Marinade - Squid Brand - 1 Tsp
- Marinade - Obento Mirin Seasoning
- Marinade - Generous Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- Sushi Rice - 1 Cup
- Obento Sushi Seasoning - 3 Tbsp
- 100g Edamame Beans
- Wasabi - 1/2 Tsp
- Spring Onions
Method
- Clean Barramund and stuff with ginger, garlic, capsicum, chilli and s&p. Score the barramundi and rub marinade on fish. Place fish on baking paper. Air fryer temperature 190c for 25 - 30 mins.
- Wash Sushi rice and cook ( 1.5 cup water). Once cooked add sushi seasoning.
- Garnish with Edamame, Spring Onion, Lemon and Wasabi
