
Ingredients
- Sashimi Salmon
- Tobikko
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Canned Tuna
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Yaki Nori Seaweed
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 9 TBL spoon Sushi seasoning
- Sliced Pickled Ginger, sugar, salt, oil, spring onion, chilli mayonaise
Method
- Make sweet egg omlett- Mix egg, sugar and pinch of salt in a bowl and pour in the oiled fry pan. Cook and slice.
- Mix canned tuna and chilli mayonaise
- Cut cucumber as stick and slice avocado
- Place every ingredients on a plate
- Cut quarter the Yaki Noris, place on a separate plate
- Sprinkle Sushi seasoning onto the cooked rice and mix. Cool down until rice became shain.
- Serve by oneself. Spread seasoned rice on the nori and put favouite fish or vegetable on it. Roll by hand and eat!
