- Mushroom
- Bok choy
- Red capsicum
- Snow peas
- Organic udon noodle
- Grape seed oil
- Hoisin sauce
Method
- Heat oil and cook chicken in wok
- Boils water in saucepan for doodle
- When chicken is brown, put it to the side in a bowl
- Add more oil to wok, coon vegetable
- When water is boil sing, add noodles and set timer for 8min
- Stir vegetable for six minutes the add chicken
- Add hoisin sauce and stir through
- Drain noodles and mix through chicken and vegetables
- Serve and enjoy!
