- Japanese curry
- Tomato paste
- Turmeric
- Chicken thigh
- Garlic
- Chicken stock
- Brown onions
- Carrots and peas
- Valcom Coconut milk
- Virgin olive oil
Method
- Add brown onion, turmeric , curry powder and garlic in a blender ( add some water to make it smooth)
- Heat olive oil and Brown chicken then add the mix spice blend to the pan - mix well
- Add coconut milk and stock
- Add Carrots and peas
