
Ingredients
- 1 TSP Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 1TSP Squid Fish Sauce
- 100 grs SR Flour
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup grated Carrot
- 2 cups chopped bean shoots
- 1 sml red chilli chopped (Opt)
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- juice of lime or lemon
- 12 green prawns peeled and deveined
- Kewpie Mayonnaise to serve
- 1 Cup of zucchini spaghetti
- 1 Tsp of VALCOM Chopped Lemon Grass
- 1 TSP Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup salted cashew nuts.
- 6 lychees peeled and chopped or 1 small mango sliced.
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame OIl
Method
- Mix Flour and eggs to make a batter add water if too thick. Add all other pancake ingredients , mix well .Heat oil and cook pancakes 1 tablespoon per pancake.
- Lemon Grass and Cashew Salad. Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve Asian Pancakes with generous dollop of Kewpie Mayonnaise.
