
Ingredients
- A bag of Coleslaw mix
- 500grams Mince meat of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of crushed Ginger
- 3 teaspoons of crushed Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon of Sesame oil
- 1 Egg
- Spring roll pastries
- Rice bran oil
Method
- In a high heat wok place some rice bran oil Cook mince and coleslaw mix together with the ginger and garlic for 3 mins or till the mince is broken up and cooked through
- In a bowl make a sauce by Combining the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper add this sauce to the wok
- Turn off the wok and let mix cool a little
- Whisk up egg in a bowl and add a dash of water
- Spoon meat and coleslaw mix into the centre of the spring roll pastries. Roll pastries tightly and seal us using egg mix
- Generously coat each roll in rice bran oil. Cook rolls in batches of no more than 3 at a time in air fryer on 210 degrees for 10 mins.
- Serve with your favourite dipping sauce
