
Ingredients
- 300g Salmon fillet
- 2 pcs Jalapeños
- 1 Spring onion
- 6 pcs Rice paper Wrappers
- 1/4 cup Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Obento Mirin Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- Olive oil spray
Method
- Cut the salmon fillet into squares of about a thumb-size.
- Preheat the air fryer. Spray olive oil to the basket. And then set it at 180C and fry the salmon until cooked (8-10 mins)
- Meanwhile, cut the jalapeños to thin circles; the spring onions the size length as the salmon
- Once the salmon is cooked, assemble the wrap: starting with wetting the rice paper, add in jalapeños, spring onion, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha and the salmon. Wrap into a roll
- Preheat the airfyer. Spray olive oil. Set to 180C and fry the rolls for 5 mins
- While frying, prepare the dipping sauce by combining sesame oil, soy, vinegar, brown sugar, coriander and sesame seeds
- Enjoy while hot and crispy! (Serves 2 people)
