
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 tomato
- 3/4 cup Marisco dried herring (tuyo) in oil
- 1 tbsp Squid brand fish oil
- Red chilli finely chopped (optional)
- 1x cooked salted egg. Peeled and chopped (optional)
Method
- Rinse and cook jasmine rice in rice cooker
- Add rice to a serving bowl
- Add Squid brand fish sauce to a small dish. Add chopped chilli if using
- Top rice with dried herring in oil, chopped tomato and salted egg (if using)
- Serve rice with fish sauce and add sauce to rice dish during meal to taste.
