- Quick pickled red cabbage
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Quick pickled carrot
- Cucumber
- Salmon
- Kewpie and Obento sauce of choice and S&B wasabi
Method
- Cook and season rice with rice vinegar following instructions on label
- Boil eggs 7 min and plunge into iced water then peel and marinate in tamari, rice vinegar, ginger and sugar solution.
- Slice cucumber and avocado and sashimi salmon
- Arrange in bowl, top with quick pickles, toasted nori and sesame and drizzle with teriyaki or desired Obento sauce, Kewpie and S&B wasabi
