
Ingredients
- 1pc Red Capsicum
- 92 gm Golden Curry Mild
- 3pc Pork Loin Steak
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 1 table spoon salt
- 300 gm water
Method
- Season Pork Loin Steak with sugar & salt, set aside, wait for 3 minutes
- Heat up the pan, fry Pork Lion Steak 2 minutes, turn to another side for 2 minutes, set aside
- Boil 300 gm water, dissolve Curry, then add 2 together to simmer, it takes 6 minutes to become a thicker cream
- Fry red capsicum for 2 minutes, add hot water to cook a bit, then add with 3 into a plate
