
Ingredients
- Firm tofu
- Corn flour/starch
- Soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Red wine vinegar
- Water
Method
- Press tofu block for 15 minutes
- Slice tofu block in triangles
- Coat tofu in corn flour or starch
- Fry tofu in a pan with oil
- Meanwhile prepare the glazing: in a bowl mix sweet soy sauce, corn flour or starch, a few drops of red wine vinegar, soy sauce and water as needed
- When tofu is crunchy on both sides, pour glazing over tofu in the pan et voila!
