
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown rice
- 2 Cups Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 can of Tuna
- 1 Seaweed sheet
- Generous squeeze of Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sprinkle Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Method
- Chop lettuce and add to a bowl
- Cook rice according to packet instructions and add to bowl over the lettuce
- Add can of tuna
- Cube avocado and add to bowl
- Add soy sauce and kewpie mayo
- Crush seaweed sheet on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Mix together and enjoy
