
Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori
- Sushi rice
- Tuna in olive oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Obento rice wine vinegar
Method
- Cook sushi rice (1cup rice to 1.5 cup water) for 20 minutes on low heat - absorption method
- Mix tuna with kewpie mayo
- Allow rice to cool and mix in 3 tbsp of vinegar per cup of rice
- Spread thin layer of rice on a nori sheet
- slice avocado in a line into the rice
- Spread tuna Mayo on top avocado
- Roll sheet using Obento sushi mat and repeat
- Cut and serve with soy and wasabi
