
Ingredients
- Beef mince
- Beef stock
- Rice wine vinegar
- Peanut butter
- Ketchup manis
- Chilli oil
- Grated ginger
- Garlic
- Peppercorns
- Sesame oil
Method
- Heat sesame oil, ginger, garlic and peppercorns, add beef mince and brown
- Add combined peanut butter, ketchup manis, chilli oil, rice wine vinegar
- Cook thin egg noodles until soft and add chopped buk choy
- Boil the beef stock
- Strain noodles and buk choy, divide between bowls, add beef mince mixture and ladle over stock
- Serve with coriander, chilli flakes and choooed toasted peanuts
