
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup plain
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp vegetable stock
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 wombok cabbage
- 1-2 spring onions
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
Method
- Combine flour, cornflour, water, vegetable stock and eggs in a bowl until it’s smooth
- Add cabbage, spring onion and corn to mixture
- Heat vegetable oil in a medium heat pan and scoop batter into pan. Make circle about 10cm wide
- Cook on both sides for a few mins until beautiful and golden brown
- Finish by topping with bbq sauce and kewpie mayonnaise. Eat and enjoy the delicious flavour.
