
Ingredients
- Lobster tail cooked
- Nori sheets
- Salad leaves
- Nectarine slices
- Shallot
- Avocado sliced
- Kewpie Mayo and Kewpie roasted seasame mayo
Method
- Toast nori sheets on sandwich maker or fry pan intil just crisp
- Whilst nori toasting, slice cooked lobster tail into pieces about 1cm thick
- Slice avocado and nectarine into thin slices.
- When nori roasted, cut into half and lay salad leaves, prepare alternately with nectarine and avocado slices onto one piece each of nori.
- Lay lobster slices on top of nori and salad, nectarine/avocado
- Drizzle nectarine nori with Kewpie Mayo and avocado nori with Kewpie toasted sesame mayo
- To serve, roll each nori and enjoy the sweet lobster alternately with the tangy nectarine/Kewpie Mayo and avocado/esame Mayo. Yum, yum.
