
Ingredients
- Onions
- Carrots
- Potato
- Zucchini
- Chicken thighs
- Golden curry (Japanese curry mix)
Method
- Chop all ingredients into bite size
- Fry up all the ingredients
- Add about 500ml of water and let it simmer for 5mins
- Add curry cubes and mix it all up and simmer for another 10mins
