
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 350g thin pork belly slices
- 1 packet S&B Golden Curry cubes
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 servings Udon noodles
Method
- Cook curry to packet instructions with the meat and vegetables, and add extra water for the soup
- Cook udon noodles to packet instructions when the curry soup is almost done
- Serve in bowls and garnish with scallions and furikake!
