
Ingredients
- Pork mince (200g)
- S&B curry mix mild
- Udon noodles (200g)
- Chicken stock (1 litre)
- Egg
- Spring onion
- Brown onion
Method
- Prepare 1 litre of chicken stock. Finely dice one onion.
- Cook onion in pot until golden. Add in 200g of pork mince and cook on high until fully cooked.
- Pour in chicken stock and add 3 cubes of golden curry. Stir until combined.
- Add noodles (200g) and cook on medium heat until soup thickens.
- Garnish with soft boiled egg and sliced spring onions.
- Note: this serves two people
