
Ingredients
- Garlic prawns
- Carrot
- Brocolini
- Egg noodles
- Bean shoots
- Coconut milk
- Fish stock
- Lime
- Chilli
- Sesame oil
- Valcom laksa sauce
- Fish sauce
Method
- Gently fry prawns, carrot, and brocolini in oil for 5mins
- Add valcom laksa sauce, stir
- Add coconut milk and fish stock, stir
- Simmer for 10mins until veggies are soft. Add fish sauce to taste.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 3mins, not to overcook.
- Transfer noodles to deep serving bowel
- Add the laksa soup mix over the noodles
- Top with bean shoots, thinly sliced chilli and squeeze of lime.
- Enjoy.
