
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks skinless.
- Chunky frozen mixed vegetables (or freshly chopped)
Method
- Heat a little olive oil in pan
- Flour and season drumsticks and brown well all over..
- Remove chicken and place vegetables in pan, add water to come half way up veggies. Bring to a boil then lower heat add chicken back in and cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add cubed up Japanese Curry Blocks (3-4) or preferred taste. Stir well for 5 minutes till dissolved and thicken.
