
Ingredients
- 2tbs Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Corn flour
- 1 the Peanut oil
- 300g Pork mince
- 100g Sliced water chestnuts (diced)
- 1 Grated carrot
- One clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- Half an onion
- 1 tspMirin
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- Spring onion
- 5 mushrooms (diced)
- 5 baby carrots (sliced)
- 8 lettuce leaves
Method
- Combine corn flour, 2 tbs water and all of the sauces in a small bowl.
- Cook peanut oil, onion, garlic and ginger in wok.
- Add pork mince and cook until white.
- Add mushrooms, carrot, water chestnuts to wok and cook until soft.
- Add mixed sauce and mix to combine.
- Serve in lettuce cups.
